1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition (PIL) with following reliefs:-
“10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to call entire records, pertaining to the instant mater. 10.2 Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the principals in vacant post of Higher Secondary School and High Court in Block Farsabahar, District Jashpur. 10.4 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no.1, for fixing liabilities on concerned District Education Officer – Jashpur for providing basic facilities of Education at Block – Farsabahar. 10.5 That, any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper.”
2. In the present case, the Registry has pointed out several defects and even the security amount has not been deposited by the petitioner. 3
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh after removing all the defects pointed out by the Registry. 4. Permission is granted. 5.
