Case No. 218 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) , 41(1), 31(1), 31(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022. 3. As per the prosecution case, police raided liquor smugglers at village Lohat, seizing 5,385.12 liters of illicit liquor. 4. Considering the huge recovery of illicit liquor, this Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail. 5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. 6. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks from today failing which the Superintendent of Police, Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88624 of 2025(2) dt.22-12-2025 2/2 Madhubani will take all steps for arrest the petitioner and other accused persons. 7.
