Sri Arvind Agrawal, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Imran Khan, learned AGA, for the State, are present. 2. The instant application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to quash the impugned charge sheet dated 30.01.2025 in Case Crime No. 12 of 2024, under Sections 13(2), 13(1)(b), 7 Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Police Station Anti Corruption Saharanpur, District ACO U.P. and impugned cognizance order dated 01.02.2025 passed by Additional District & Session Judge/Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act), Meerut and also the impugned order dated 18.4.2025 by which discharge application of the applicant was rejected and further entire consequent criminal proceedings of Case No.10/224/2025 (State of U.P. Vs. Sachin Kumar) pending before the court concerned may be stayed. 3. At the very outset learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is some defect in the instant application, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant application with liberty to file a better fresh. 4. Learned AGA is having no objection. 5. In view of the above, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 6.
