Through the medium of the present Contempt petition, the petitioner is seeking implementation of Order dated 31.12.2016 passed by the Writ Court whereby the respondents were directed to release the legally earned wages of the petitioner within a week’s time from the date a copy of the order is served upon the respondents. 02. The respondents have filed their Compliance Report in which it has been submitted that the documents annexed to the Writ petition which has become basis of passing of the aforesaid order by the Writ Court are fake and forged and are not available on the official records. The respondents have submitted that the petitioner has worked only for a period of one year and eleven months w.e.f November, 2012 to September, 2013 with frequent long breaks totaling to 2979 days and legitimately earned wages for the period the petitioner has actually worked in the Department stands released in his favour. 03. In view of the above, the judgement of the Writ Court stands complied with. There is no ground to proceed against the respondents.
