The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI S DUSHYANTH REDDY Advocate for the Petitioners, and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent, and the Court made the following ORDER: Order: This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioners herein/A2 and A3, seeking anticipatory bail, in connection with Crime No.33 of 2025 of Suryaraopet Pol'lce Station, Vijayawada City. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioners herein and another for the offences punishable under Sections 111(4), 196, 353(2) and 356(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66 read with 43 of the Information Technology Act. 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that the de facfo complainant is an active member of Telugu Desam Party appointed as the president of "Telugu Yuvatha" in 25th Ward of Vijayawada. lt is alleged that on 24.02.2025, the de facfo complainant had seen in his Twitter social media that Al made some derogatory postings against the present Chief Minister and Te]ugu Desam Party. Basing on the complaint given by the de racfo complainant the present case has been registered against Al and subsequently basing on the confessional statement 2 I, alleged to have been made by A1, names of the petitioners herel'n were shown as accused jn the present crI-me, 4. Heard. perusedtherecord. 5- A perusal of the material on record goes to show that basl-ng on the confessI®Onal statement of co-accused, names of the petitl'oners hereI-n Were shown as accused in the present crime. Except the said confessl'onal statement, prJ'ma faC''e, there is no other material to connect the petitl'oners herein to the alleged crime. 6, ln view of the aforesal-d facts and circumstances of the case, thl's court is jncll'ned to grant anticl-patory bail to the petitioners herein/A2 and A3 on the following conditI-OnS, i) ln the event of arrest of the petI-tiOnerS herein/A2 and A3 in the aforesaid crI-me, they shaH be enlarged on bail on their executI-ng Personal bonds for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each wI'th two Sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the concerned ArrestI-ng Officer. ii) Petitioners shall make themselves available for l'nterrogation by a polI'Ce Officer aS and When required, and they shall not, dI'reCtly Or indirectly, make any I'nduCement, threat or Promise to any person acquaI'nted With the facts Of the case so 3 ~/ as to dissuade him from disclosl'ng such facts to the court or to any police officer. 7.
