This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Tehsildar, Tehsil Bara, District-Prayagraj/ respondent No. 2 has no eviction carried out effect of order of Eviction Case No. T202002030702975 (Gaon Sabha vs. Chhedi Lal), till the disposal of the restoration application filed by the petitioner. ii) Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Tehsildar, Tehsil Bara, District-Prayagraj/ respondent No. 2 to decide the restoration application dated 20.08.2025 in Eviction Case No. T202002030702975 (Gaon Sabha vs. Chhedi Lal), within a stipulated period." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that restoration application filed in proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration before respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to decide the restoration application dated 20.08.2025 filed in Case No. T202002030702975 (Gaon Sabha vs. Chhedi Lal), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of one month, from the date of production of certified copy of this Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Dhiraj Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
