1. Mr. M.S. Rawat, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Mr. Mr. Yogesh Chandra Tewari, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand.
3. Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 24.01.2020 passed by Tehsildar, Dehradun in mutation proceedings. Petitioner is also aggrieved by judgement and order dated 04.08.2023 passed by Additional Collector 1st, Dehradun in an appeal filed under Section 210 of Land Revenue Act,
1901. Thus feeling aggrieved, petitioner has challenged the
order passed by Tehsildar as affirmed by Additional Collector 1st, Dehradun.
4. Learned State Counsel submits that petitioner has statutory remedy under Section 219 of Land Revenue Act.
5. This submission is not disputed by
learned counsel for the petitioner.
6. In view of the statutory provision, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.
