Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 3037 of 2025 Heard the parties 2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Meral P.S. Case No. 96 of 2022, for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. 3. On 10.05.2022, at about 07:00 a.m., petitioner alongwith co-accused persons are alleged to have entered into the house of the informant and assaulted his nephew Sachin Kumar due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4. While disposing of the bail application of the co-accused Om Chandravanshi @ Satya Prakash vide B.A. No. 1011 of 2025, this Court has observed “it appears that there is no external injury on the person of the deceased and the cause of death has been mentioned to be due to cardio respiratory failure”. It also appears that co-accused Om Chandravanshi has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 1011 of 2025. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa in connection with Meral P.S.
