This writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- "i. issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent No.2 to ensure the proper and fair investigation in Case Crime no.224 of 2025, under Section 87 B.N.S., P.S. Bindki, District Fatehpur within stipulated period so fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ii) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent No.3 to recover the victim and arrest the accused respondent No.4 in the aforementioned case crime." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that daughter of the petitioner has already been recovered, hence, he does not wishes to press this petition. 4. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. 5. In case the petitioner is aggrieved, he may approach concerned court as per the judgement of Hon.Apex Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P. LAWS(SC)-2007-12-69.
