JUSTICE PUNEET GUPTA, JUDGE ORDER 14.03.2025 Pursuant to the last order passed by this Court on 12.03.2025, learned counsel for the contemnors had informed this Court that there has been substantive compliance in letter and spirit. There was a statement that was recorded on behalf of the contemnors to the effect in paragraph 03 of the order above-mentioned wherein it was recorded that the Minister concerned is busy on account of the ongoing Assembly Session and, therefore, would take him time to sign the file. Upon clarification given by the learned counsel for the contemnors, the said statement was made on account of error in appreciating the instructions given by the Government. Same stands redacted. Learned counsel for the contemnors has also informed that the entire amount of Rs. 41,29,000/- (Rupees Forty One Lacs and Twenty Nine Thousand Only) has been deposited in the account of Registrar Judicial of this Court in the Account No. 048040100000198. Upon an application moved by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Registrar Judicial of this Court is requested to release the said amount in favour of the petitioner.
