OMP No. 433/2025 This application is for release of the amount moved by the applicant/respondent. The main case bearing Arbitration Appeal No.58/2024 was dismissed on 18.09.2024 alongwith others connected matters. Notice in this application was waived for the non-applicant (appellant) on 05.05.2025. Time was allowed to the non-applicant to file reply/instructions in the matter. Learned counsel for the non-applicant (appellant) submits that non-applicant (appellant) does not intend to file any reply to the application. Learned counsel does not dispute that the judgment dated 18.09.2024 has attained finality as it has not been assailed. In view of above, there is no impediment in releasing the amount falling to the share of the applicant/respondent. Accordingly the application is allowed. Awarded amount is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant/respondent alongwith up-to-date interest by remitting the same in his bank account, particulars of which, shall be provided by the applicant/respondent within a week to the Registry of this Court.
