By the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner is questioning the order of transfer dated 02/02/2023, whereby he has been transferred from District Bemetara to District Khairagarh (C.G.). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as there is no interim order in this case, the petitioner has already joined on the transferred place i.e. District Khairagarh. He submits that the main ground to question the transfer order is that the seniority of the petitioner will be affected if he is transferred from District Bemetara to District Khairagarh. 3. Learned counsel for the State by referring to para 9 of the reply, would submit that the petitioner’s seniority will be maintained in the District where he was initially appointed and his cadre will also be maintained in the District, wherein he was initially appointed and therefore, his seniority and promotion will not be affected because of transfer order. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondent/State, and looking to paragraph 9 of the reply by which it has been contended that the petitioner’s seniority will be maintained in the District where he was initially appointed and his cadre will also be maintained in the District, wherein he was initially appointed and therefore, his seniority and promotion will not be affected because of transfer order. 6.
