The contention of the petitioner in the present writ application is that the petitioner’s rice mill was selected and was tagged for milling the rice for the year 2024-25, however, subsequently, the rice mill was delisted on the ground that the petitioner company was blacklisted in Jharkhand. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ground for delisted of the petitioner’s rice mill does not existed inasmuch as the petitioner company was blacklisted in Patna High Court CWJC No.4008 of 2025(9) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 Jharkhand, but in the writ application filed by the petitioner, bearing W.P. (C) No. 3396 of 2023, the order of blacklisting was set side by the Jharkhand High Court. 4. Learned counsel for the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. submits that the period of milling has now expired, therefore, no positive order may be given by this Court for milling of the rice, as such, the present writ application has become infructuous. 5. Considering submissions advanced by the parties and taking into account the fact that period of milling for the year 2024-25 has now expired, accordingly, the present writ application is dismissed as having become infructuous. ashwani/- (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) U
