At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that vide order dated 08.08.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50912 of 2025, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but inadvertently, the name of the petitioner and his father’s name have wrongly been typed as “Bila @ Saijun S/o Mahruddin @ Bahrawa”. 3. In view of the above, let the name of the petitioner and his father’s name be read as Md. Saijub, S/O Md. Rakmoddin in place of “Bila @ Saijun S/o Mahruddin @ Bahrawa ”. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
