JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 09-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 2. These applications for grant of regular bail arises out of Nardiganj P.S. Case No.149 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the F.I.R., the deceased was taken to Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2490 of 2025(3) dt.09-04-2025 2/2 the hospital and while being treated she died. 4. From the prescription of the hospital, it appears that it is a case of poisoning by taking celphos. The petitioners are in custody since 25.06.2024 and 12.09.2024 receptively. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this bail application is allowed. 6. Let both the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Nawada, in connection with Nardiganj P.S.
