Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed. 4. Registry is directed to issue notice to the newly added respondents 2 to 6, returnable by 15.09.2026.
