This bail cancellation application has been filed for cancellation of bail in Case Crime No.0259 of 2020, under Section 323, 308 I.P.C., Police Station Bairia, District Ballia. Learned counsel for the applicant has moved this application for cancellation of bail order dated 10.12.2020 whereby bail was granted to opposite party no.2, Ramji Singh, by this court on the ground that subsequently first information report has been lodged against the applicant under Sections 323, 452, 504, 506 I.P.C. Learned counsel for the party no.2 submits that both the parties reside in common house and some dispute took place between the parties. Learned counsel for the applicant has not pointed out any ground of misusing of bail granted to opposite party no.2 by this Court hence there is no ground made out for cancellation of bail granted to opposite party no.2 by this court court.
