Prayer in this writ petition is for quashing corrigendum dated 24.07.2025 (Annexure P-4) and re-tender notice dated 29.07.2025 (Annexure P-5) issued by respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was declared L1 on 19.06.2025 (Annexure P-2), however, vide corrigendum dated 24.07.2025 (Annexure P-4) the authorities decided to re-tender. It is submitted that no specific reason has been mentioned for taking this step and it is only stated that this action has been taken due to administrative reasons/issues. Subsequently, fresh tender bids were called for on 29.07.2025 to be submitted upto 05.08.2025. Present writ petition has been filed on
12.08.2025.

Upon a query of the Court as to any objection/representation, which may have been submitted by the petitioner, pursuant to issuance of corrigendum dated 24.07.2025, learned counsel for petitioner upon instructions submits that representation was submitted though details thereof are not forthcoming either in the writ petition or at the time of arguments. Neither such representation has been attached with the writ petition.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition be treated as a representation by the authorities and be decided in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the State does not raise any objection to this restricted prayer.

In view of the above and without expression of any opinion on the merits of the matter, it is directed that present writ petition be treated to be a representation on behalf of petitioner and be decided expeditiously in accordance with law by the competent authority.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
