This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences registered under Sections 317(2) of Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita in connection with Adityapur PS Case No. 28 of 2025 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella. 3. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that he has all the documents to suggest that the scrap material is legally procured and is not stolen material. 4. After hearing the parties and after going through the case-dairy, I find that the investigating officer has recorded in the case-dairy that the petitioner is regularly cooperating in the investigation and has also appeared before the police station. 5. Learned Spl.PP on instruction from the investigating officer has stated that at present there is no situation to arrest the petitioner since he has already cooperated. 2025:JHHC:12135 2 6. Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned Spl.PP on instruction from the investigating officer the petitioner is directed to appear before the Court concerned and take appropriate steps. 7.
