The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 01.08.2022 passed in B.P. No. 1038 of 2022, arising out of Rajgir P.S. Case No. 252 of 2022 by the learned I/c Sessions Judge, Biharsharif, Nalanda. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. 4.
