They have also challenged the order dated 20.10.2020, passed by Cane Commissioner, Uttarakhand in compliance of judgment rendered by learned Tribunal in Claim Petition No. 11/NB/DB/2016. (3) In the compliance order, it is mentioned that promotion given to the persons in terms of the judgment rendered by learned Tribunal shall abide by the outcome of Writ Petition (S/B) No. 137 of 2019. (4) Learned State Counsel submits that judgment rendered by learned Tribunal was upheld by coordinate Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 7.5.2025, rendered in Writ Petition (S/B) No. 137 of 2019. He submits that after decision by coordinate Bench in a writ petition filed by State, this writ petition 2025:UHC:6346-DB also deserves to be dismissed in terms of the said judgment. (5) Judgment rendered in Writ Petition (S/B) No. 137 of 2019 is perused by us. The question involved in the said writ petition is identical to the one involved in the present writ petition.
