The learned counsel for the second respondent submits that the information sought by the petitioner was furnished on 29.05.2024 in W.P.No.15175 of 2025 and on 04.01.2024 in W.P.No.15180 of 2025. 4. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the information furnished is incomplete and, therefore, seeks liberty to file an appeal in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, the Writ Petitions are disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a first appeal under Section 19(1) of the RTI Act within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
