Mena, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Kataki, learned Special Public Prosecutor, Vigilance, appearing for the State respondent. 2. This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by Page No.# 2/2 the petitioner, Ramez Uddin Ahmed, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No.02/2025 under Sections 13(1)(b)/ 13(2) and 12 of the Prevention and Corruption Act, 1988. 3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor has submitted that in this case the charge sheet has already been laid and a special case bearing No. 59/2025 has been registered in the court of the learned Special Judge, Assam and summons have been issued to the petitioner, fixing 13.08.2025. He further submits that in this case there is no apprehension of the petitioner to get arrested as the trial court has already issued summons to him. 4. Considering the submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor, there appears to be no apprehension of the petitioner to get arrested as on now. 5. This anticipatory bail application is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner may appear before the trial court on 13.08.2025 and may pray for regular bail before the said court, if so advised. 6.
