The petitioner has made complaints on 11.02.2015, 12.02.2015 and 16.02.2015 that three different transactions done by him at ATM counter had failed but the amount was debited from his account. The Bank despite representations has not reversed the entries. 2. Shri Krishna Agrawal, Advocate appearing for respondent Bank submits that the complaints were filed after expiry of more than one and a half year of the alleged transactions. However, he admits that till date the Bank has not taken any decision on the complaints filed by the petitioner. 3. In view of the above, we dispose of the instant petition with direction to respondent No.1 to make appropriate inquiry and take decision in the matter, within six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith a fresh representation and supporting evidence.
