Lastly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Hon’ble Court vide order dated 19.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13906 of 2023 with a direction to learned Trial Court to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. 3 . Trial Court report dt. 3rd Sept 2025 reveals that till date , trial has not been concluded. The present case is still pending for evidence and petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2021. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts, tardy progress of trial and period of custody and other circumstances of the case , Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45687 of 2025(3) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 17th Additional Sessions Judge Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.
