However, it is submitted that as regards document no.1, it is stated by the Sub Registrar vide communication dated 06.11.2025 that the contents of settlement deed has been damaged beyond recognition and therefore copy cannot be granted. Hence, the document no.1 is permitted to be marked subject to proof, admissibility and relevancy. However, document no.2 which is a license deed has been stated as photocopy and hence, the same is not permitted to be marked. 4.Accordingly, this application is partly allowed in the above terms.
