Mr. Konwar and Mr. Dubey were asked to obtain instructions in the matter regarding the grievance of the petitioner with regard to non-disposal of the rectification application submitted by the petitioner in terms of the Order dated 06.02.2025. Mr. Konwar has submitted today, by placing an Office Letter no. RDB.11/Misc-1/Pt- 3/2012 dated 04.04.2025 from the Office of the Bhairabnagar Development Block that after field verification, the case of the petitioner who was considered and thereafter, his Polling Station has been change to 53/4. Mr. Laskar, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has been effectively redressed, in the meantime.
