This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "1) Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No.2 to decide the stay application filed by the petitioner as well as Revision No. C- 202505000000662 of 2025 (Adya Pandey Vs. Hari Shankar and others) under section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before Commissioner, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur in accordance with law with speaking and reasoned order within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court." 2. It is contended that stay application is pending in Revision filed under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that said stay application may be decided expeditiously. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no.2- Commissioner, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur to decide the stay application filed in Revision No.C- 202505000000662 of 2025, under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Act, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
