The petitioners have assailed the individual notices issued to them, all dated 27.08.2025, requiring them to remove their unauthorised possession over government land or show cause within 15 days by filing written representation. By the same notices, 11.09.2025 was fixed for consideration of representations, if any. It is also stated that in case no representation is filed, further action for removal of unauthorised possession would be taken by use of force. 2. Despite receipt of notices, the petitioners have not replied to the same and have approached this Court challenging the notices. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would reply to the notices. 4. Accordingly, we dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioners to reply to the impugned notices within two weeks and in which event, the same be considered by respondent No.2, in accordance with law.
