This application under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as BNSS) has been filed for quashing of N.B.W./ order dated 04.03.2021, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.06, Agra in Session Trial No.276 of 2019 (State Vs. Ramveer and others), arising out of Case Crime No.349 of 2017, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 308, 336, 504, 506, 427 I.P.C., Police Station Khandauli, District Agra, pending before the Court of Additional District Judge, Agra. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicant submitted that the prayer made above is not being pressed and applicant would appear before the trial court concerned and a direction may be made to the Court concerned to decide his application for cancellation of warrants/ bail application expeditiously in accordance with law and protection may be granted till then. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant appears/ surrenders before the court concerned within a period of four weeks from today and applies for cancellation of warrants or for bail, the same shall be considered and decided by the court concerned expeditiously in accordance with law. 5.
