Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’), for quashing of FIR No.080 dated 02.02.2024 (P-1), under Sections 506, 420, 406 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short ‘IPC’) and Section 24 of Emigration Act, 1983, registered at Police Station Indri, District Karnal along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 07.06.2024 (P-2) arrived at between the parties i.e. petitioners as well as respondent Nos.2 and 3.
