Case No. 45 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 64(1), 329(4), 352, 115(2), 126(2), 3(5) of BNS and Section 4 of POCSO Act. 3. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 11.07.2025. 4. The allegation against the petitioner is to commit rape upon informant aged about 17 years on false pretext of marriage. 5. Considering submission as marriage between the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62751 of 2025(3) dt.13-11-2025 2/2 informant and petitioner already solemnized and they are living happily togeather which is also supported by learned counsel for the informant, coupled with fact that investigation of this case already completed where petitioner remains in custody since 11.07.2025, accordingly petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Kishanganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 45 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO) Kishanganj /concerned court, subject to the conditions as mentioned under Section 480(3) of BNSS.
