Petitioner has filed petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of order dated 05.06.2025 (Annexure P-10) and order dated 06.08.2025 (Annexure P-11) whereby his bail has been cancelled and his presence has been secured through non- bailable warrants with a further prayer to allow the petitioner to continue to appear before the learned trial Court in FIR No.128, dated 21.02.2020, under Sections 408 and 420 of IPC, registered at Police Station Ballabhgarh, District Fartidabad. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner failed to appear before the learned trial Court as notices were not received by the petitioner. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Mr. Karan Veer Singh, Sr.DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Heard. 5. This Court finds no merits in the present petition and the same is dismissed. However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned trial Court on the next date of the hearing fixed by the trial Court and take all the pleas before it. 6.
