Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Tehsil Authorities to comply the order dated 16.12.2013 passed by Deputy District Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Hamirpur and subsequent of Pattargaddi on 13.07.2020 which was taken place in the proceeding initiated by the petitioner under section 41 of U.P.L.R. Act and not made any fresh Paimaish on the Arazi No. 439 situated at village Narayanpur, Pargana Sumerpur, Tehsil and District Hamirpur. ii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Tehsil Authorities to not made any fresh Paimaish over the Arazi No. 439 situated at village Narayanpur, Pargana Sumerpur, Tehsil and District Hamirpur and restrain the respondent no. 4 to 6." 2. Petitioner apprehends that Lekhpal with collusion of the private respondents may disturb the possession of the petitioner. 3. This writ petition has been filed merely on the ground of apprehension. 4. The writ petition is misconceived and stands dismissed. 5. Any application moved before revenue authorities may be pursued by petitioner.
