As to how the petitioner would suffer any legal injury has not been disclosed in the petition. Irrespective of whether or not the activity of respondent No.8 is in accordance with law, petitioner lacks locus standi. Petition is dismissed for want of locus standi. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim applications stand closed.
