Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Saharsa vide order dated 08.09.2023 passed in connection with Complaint Case No.409C of 2023. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24688 of 2025(3) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 with Complaint Case No.409C of 2023. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner. 5.
