Heard learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Vibhu Rai, learned counsel for the opposite party. 2. Pursuant to order dated 09.09.2025, Sri Vibhu Rai, learned counsel for the opposite party has produced instruction dated 18.09.2025, which is taken on record. 3. Based upon instruction, he submitted that opposite party is only working agency and to conduct the expansion and beautification work, sanction was granted by the State Govt. vide order dated 29.08.2023. He further submitted at the Bar that in such cases, applicant is having remedy to file application before District Magistrate, Prayagraj for compensation and in turn, same may be decided in accordance with relevant govt. orders issued for this purpose. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that present application may be dismissed with liberty to approach District Magistrate, Prayagraj. 5.
