Instant petition has been filed, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to grant compensation in terms of policy dated 08.07.2019, Annexure P3 on account of death of Ramesh due to electrocution. 2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the widow and minor children of the deceased, who was electrocuted on 09.06.2021 and in this regard GD, Annexure P1, was registered on 22.06.2021. Having heard counsel for the petitioners and considering the nature of prayer made by them, this Court does not deem it appropriate to call upon the respondents. Since representation, Annexure P6, submitted by the petitioners is pending and seems to be under consideration as is evident from Annexure P5, respondents are directed to decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order. 4.
