Claim of the petitioner for adjustment was rejected on ground that his recovery as Kurk Amin was less than the fixed target. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that aforesaid finding is factually incorrect. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner on basis of averments and details mentioned in the writ petition could not dispute the reasons assigned in the impugned order. Still considering the averments made in the writ petition, in case petitioner is able to show to respondent that his recovery was more than the target, then his claim for adjustment can again be considered. 5.
