Case No. 55 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 117(2) and 352 of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Sri S.N. Kujur, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Nagar Untari, Garhwa. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the father of the informant namely Aliyar Sah by using bamboo stick causing injury on his face. It appears that the injured has sustained a single injury on his face which was grievous in nature. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2025. It was further submitted that there is case and counter-case between the parties and both the sides had sustained injuries. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri S.N.
