2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No.126 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1449 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj.
3. On 18.06.2024 at about 9:15 P.M., the informant was waylaid near Mangardaha Petrol Pump, Chainpur. The miscreants looted his motorcycle, Rs.1,500/- and his mobile phone.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that the bail application of the co-accused namely Anurag Kumar @ Anurag Chandravanshi, from whom looted articles were recovered, has been rejected by this Court earlier.
6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,
Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No.126 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1449 of 2024.
