This Court also gone through the reasons stated in the application and whereby seeking of the impleadment of the respondent as party in the proceeding in Cont.Cas(C) No. 21 of 2024. Consequently, the counsel for the applicant in this application be directed to carry out the amendment in the cause title of Cont.Cas(C) No. 21 of 2024 for impleading Shri Sumant Singh, the Commissioner, Rural Development & Panchayati Raj (RD&PR), Government of Manipur, Secretariat Block, P.O. & P.S. Imphal, Imphal West District, Manipur - 795001 as Respondent/ Contemnor No. 8 in Cont.Cas(C) No. 21 of 2024. In the meanwhile, learned counsel for the applicant be directed to submit amended cause title of the Cont.Cas(C) No. 21 of 2024 and copy of the same shall be furnished to the learned counsel for the respondents.
