The following prayers have been made in the present writ petition: "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent no. 2 and 3 to release and pay to the Petitioner the due tax amount of Rs. 56,65,204.07 forthwith, along with interest @ 18% P.A. II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent no. 2 and 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2025 expeditiously, within a stipulated period of time." 2. Sri Aushim Luthra, Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2025 in relation to request of the petitioner for release of tax amount of Rs. 56,65,204.07 along with interest is pending and prays that the same be directed to be decided. 3. As the funds are to be allocated by respondent no. 1, therefore, we permit the petitioner to file fresh representation before respondent no. 1 along with true copy of the instant order and in which event, the same will be decided by respondent no. 1 by speaking order within six weeks. 4.
