The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 09.04.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 6614 of 2025. 3. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has produced instruction dated 16.09.2025, which is taken on record. 4. Base upon instruction, he submitted that now in compliance of order of Writ Court, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been prepared, therefore, application may be dismissed as infructuous. 5. I have perused the instruction. 6. From perusal it is apparent the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party. 7. Under such facts of the case, no further orders are required to be passed. 8. Let the file be consigned to record.
