Challenge in the present writ petition is to the show cause notices dated 03.12.2024 (Annexures P-12 and P-13) served upon the petitioner alleging the same to be illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unfair. 2
Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the controversy in the present writ petition is covered by the ratio of the judgment passed by this Court in the matter of Surya Sangwan Vs. State of Haryana and another, CWP No.31692-2024, decided on 29.07.2025. juncture, in case respondent-State is directed to consider and decide the claim of the petitioners as espoused in the present writ petition as well as in terms of the aforesaid judgment passed by this Court by passing a reasoned and speaking order in a time bound manner. 3

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties and without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority of the respondent State, to decide the claim espoused by the petitioner(s) in the present writ petition by treating the same as a representation and to pass a speaking and reasoned order thereupon in accordance with law in terms of the facts pleaded herein as well as after taking into consideration the judgment passed by this Court in the matter of Surya Sangwan (supra) within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and a copy of present petition along with accompanying Annexures.
