The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 137(2) & 87 of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the wife of informant fled away with cash of Rs. One lakh and jewellery on 15.05.2025. The informant alleges that petitioner no. 1, in association with petitioner no. 2, has disappeared informant’s wife with intention to marry her. The victim (informant’s wife) is still traceless. 4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer Patna High Court CR. MISC.
