The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.66 dated 20.04.2024, registered under Section 306 of IPC, at Police Station Garshankar, District Hoshiarpur. 2. Vide order dated 04.02.2025 passed by this Court, the parties were referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court to find out the possibility of compromise between the parties. 3. Today, learned counsel for the parties have appeared before the Court and have submitted that both the parties have appeared before the learned Mediator and have voluntarily signed a compromise deed/settlement agreement dated 11.03.2025 in the presence of the learned Mediator.
