Lastly, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 14.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67515 of 2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. Petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2019. 4. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
