A report has also been filed by the Advocate Commissioner stating the same. The Advocate Commissioner has also sought for an additional remuneration through a Memo filed by her. The Advocate Commissioner was initially paid a remuneration of Rs.30,000/-, vide order of this Court, dated 1/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Arb. Appln. No.686 of 2024 18.10.2024. Though the Advocate Commissioner seeks for an additional remuneration of Rs.30,000/-, this Court after giving due consideration to the work done by the Advocate Commissioner is inclined to fix a sum of Rs.20,000/- towards additional remuneration. 2. The respondents have been duly served with the notice in this application. The Advocate Commissioner has also served the notice on the respondents as seen from her report. Despite service of notice in this application, the respondents have chosen not to enter appearance. Hence the respondents are set ex-parte in this application. 3. Since the vehicle has already been repossessed and handed over to the applicant pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, this application will have to be closed, since there is no appearance on the side of the respondents, despite service of notice on them. 4.
