A copy of the attorney annexed with the writ petition is a General Power of Attorney dated 25-02- 2010, which by no stretch of reading and reference enables Javid Samad to come forward with the institution of any litigation in general muchless the institution of the present writ petition in particular before this Court. 3. As such, the writ petition as it is, is dismissed with liberty to file fresh one in case if Javid Samad has, by reference to his own self, an interest in the subject matter or in case by reference to Jan Mohammad Dar then by having a proper power of attorney from Mr. Jan Mohammad for pursuing the matter in litigation before this Court.
